of 3 years from the original date of
purchase. We will replace or repair free
of charge any of our guaranteed items
which is unusable. Repairs required
because of chewing, accident, or
negligence will be made at a reasonable
charge. Simply call XO Corp. for a Return
Authorization Number (RAN) and
directions. XO CORP. PROVIDES NO OTHER
EXPRESS GUARANTEES BEYOND THE TERMS OF
THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE. IN NO EVENT SHALL
XO CORP. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR
DAMAGE. IN ANY EVENT XO CORP.'S LIABILITY
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE
PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. This guarantee
